Im from Melbourne Australia, i was banded on June 25th this year.  I am using the Medhelp tracker to document my progress and am uploading pics and diary entries etc etc....  Still very early on but i have lost 12 kgs already so im very excited!!!

I am from Sydney Australian and I was banded yesterday 30/6.  Feeling pretty good.  I have lost 10.5kg pre surgery - so excited!

hey all

i had my band in a year and a half but 2 and a half weeks ago had it out cos i was so sick and constant pain, but i downed 30kg,   i was in hobart but to save for a house ive moved back home to my parents, sad i know especially as i was about to turn 30!! so now im in Ocean Grove which is on the coast, 20 mins from Geelong.

i have great sympathy, i hated the liquids, can i reccomend UP & GO! they have a couple of flavours, and are very nutrious with the same amount of stuff as 2 weetbix, for the mushies, i recomend lamb stew just dont look at it being mushie, i ate it for lunch and tea! trust me dont skip ahead!!! but still have your latte and stuff!!!
