Keeping the weight off after bypass surgery?

by chambers4, Oct 02, 2009 03:10PM
How can I keep my weight off? I had gastric bypass surgery 1 year and 6 months ago, My husband and I have learned that we can eat normal again just smaller amounts and this scares us. We don't want to get back to the way we were; way overweight.
