I found out from ozband site that people sometimes have a tight band in the morning or if you fly. I have never had this problem with my band. All I can suggest is perhaps getting some fluid removed - not alot if it has only been happening for 4 weeks or just let it settle down to normalNormal saline flush after an hour.
My husband just had his surgery yesterday and I mentioned this to him and he said some patients do have more pain of the mornings than any other time of day. He suggested to us if this happened to him to drink a protein drink and it should be gone in a matter of minutes after the drink. I would try it see if it works. Good Luck..Susan
