What if I can't afford a psychotherapist, psychologist etc? Thanks for your response but here in Canada those professionals that you recommended me to see charge $120  per session and I can't afford that.

Hello,
many therapists use a 'sliding scale' for billing, particularly at training centers or community mental health centers. Ask your physician or you insurance company for a referral to an affordable treatment center.

Best Wishes

I am also from Canada.  We have universal health care - health care available to all who require it.  You need to go to your family doctor and have him/her refer you to a mental health specialist.  I'm wondering - are you a Canadian citizen with a valid health card?  If not, I'm not sure of the procedure.
