Hi,
Persistent Neutropenia suggest some persistent infection like Typhoid or early stages of many viral infections such as infectious hepatitis or defect in production of neutrophils in bone marrow. Evaluation by an oncologist would help to decide about the further course of action, by doing some bone marrow investigations. As your neutrophil count is increasing, I think there is really anything to worry.
