Can it be symptoms of Leukemia?

Hi everyone, it's my first post in this forum. I have some questions. My heart rate has usually been around 70, but for the past three weeks, my heart rate has reduced to around58. I felt dizzy and sleepy sometimes. I can still play sports and stuff. My right knee has been hurting ,too. But I am not sure whether the pain is from nerve or bone itself. Last but not least, I have had 2 or 3 bruises on my leg. I think they might come from basketball since i have been playing a lot lately but im not sure. Can anybody tell me what my problem is?

Hi:  Sounds like your pretty active, and can get bruises easily with sports.  If you feel concerned, then get a good physical.  Get everything checked out, and ask them to do complete blood work on you.  You did not say how old you are.  A lot of this can just be typical of your age and activity.  Do not try to second guess what is wrong.  If you do not feel right, then its time for a check-up.
    I tell everyone that I do have Leukemia, and I am doing fine.  I had no symptoms, and they found mine in a regular blood test.  Do not assume its Leukemia.
