well ma'm .. as far as i know n understand... ur simply low of iron... atleast these tests suggest just that.. u should take iron supplements for now... and after sometime, like a month or so... go to ur doc for chkup agn... i hope iron will improve ur condition n u wont need to do anythin else.... wishin u best of luck :)
