Is this cause for concern

Hello :)
I'm hoping to find opinions on my CBC. A brief history. I have been having odd symptoms for years now. I recently tested positive for Chonic Lyme and started treatment in May. Since I started treatment my CBC have been all over the place. My blood is tested every month to make sure the meds are not affecting my liver of kidneys. My WBC count has been constantly high since treatment started.

My PCP called the other day a referred me to a Hematologist. Everything I look up on the web points to Leukemia. I find it odd that the CBC was relatively normal before treatment. I know I can't have an infection (other than Lyme) I'm currently taking 3750mg of antibiotics per day. I don't think a virus would last this long. The only other thing I can think of is, the meds are triggering my immune system to fight the Lyme and co-infections.

Is it possible for inflammation to elevate the WBC? I going for testing to see if I have Candida in my GI tract, even though I take 50 billion probiotics a day.

My latest CBC is:
WBC 13.48 High
Hemaglobin 15.8 High
Hematocrit 46.6 High
Leutrophils 25.3 Low
Immature Granulocytes .80 High
Neutrophil No. 8.38 High
Immature Granulocytes No. .11 High

So far, these numbers are the best they have been.
Please let know what you think:)
Thank you in advance.

...and Lyme can do many unusual things.

What meds besides Abx are you on?

Hi,leukemia doesn't explain erythrocytosis.

Your WBC is not very high.

"Leutrophils 25.3 Low" ?

Your doc didn't send you to a oncologist (unless the hema is also an onc). So I'd think of some mystery immune condition, not even Polycythemia Vera.

Viruses can last long, but typically elevate lymphocytes, not neutrophils.

Immature Granulocytes being high indicates neuts are being rushed into the battle against some pathogen, usually bacteria or fungus. But I don't think they would increase so much to go into the gut (though they can go as one-way suicide missions).

Candida? You have eliminated sugar? Or conversely eat a ton of sugar and see if you get a lot of gas plus feel awful.

Most inflammation involves WBCs, Did you get a test for CRP?
