Myelodysplasia -- Low platelets

I have the blood disease Myelodysplasia, which in my case manifests itself by lowering my platelets and white blood cells. I am reluctant to undergo chemotherapy. Can anyone suggest a natural therapy that could slow the progression of this disease?

Thank you

I don't really know much about Myelodysplasia, but if your doctor is recommending chemotherapy, it sounds pretty serious.  There really is no other natural therapy out there that will replace chemotherapy.  There are a lot of scams out there and on the internet that want you to believe that isn't the case, but if it were true then cancer researchers around the world would have latched onto it long ago.  Yes, chemotherapy can be hard on your body, but it has to in order for it to kill the cancer.

I know that for lymphoma there are many different treatment options and some chemotherapies are stronger than others so maybe you could talk to your doctor about the possibility of a different treatment option or getting a chemo that's less harsh.
