Neulasta

Has anyone with dx MDS been given Neulasta to increase WBC counts? If so did your blast % increase  if yes did the elevation subside after medication was discontinued.

I've been given it but could not tolerate it-------I'm now getting nuepogen-----It seems to work as good or better for me -----my nuetrophil count stays higher longer with nuepogen--------and yes my treatment is on going-----Best regards, Jon

i've had nupegen shots.  They are ok and increase my white cell counts, but I go5t a lot of bone pains from them.  I also had them for my stem cell mobilization for my stem cell transplant.  They subside  after but they are very high on the shots.
