Two sudden swollen nodes under jaw + tightness in underarm and arm pain

Pretty much what it says in the title. I've had swollen lymph nodes in my neck (about 6 of them, small, movable and rubbery) but one appeared under my jaw about  4 months ago (MAYBE due to a wisdom tooth going through gum) and another at the Submandibular gland, 2 months ago or it might be the gland itself that's swelled up but it was painful at first then subsided and now painless but still a bit big and I don't know how it got there. Also, when i go to get up from a chair there's a dull pain at corner of underarm and chest and it's causing slight pains in left arm. Been happening for about 7 months. Think it could be any serious or bad posture

Painful nodes are not usually a symptom of cancer as they are usually painless.  The node that you have that no longer hurts may just be a remnant (like scar tissue).  You probably have an infection so you might want to see your doctor and tell him how long this has been going on.  Most  likely he will give you antibiotics.

Was at the doctor and she said she heard a heart murmur. Strange finding indeed. I already have IBS and had a slightly low rbc count. Would that have anything to do with it or would it be the arm pain?

I'm not sure what a heart murmur and IBS has to do with swollen nodes, but perhaps there's a link...I don't know.  I can't say I've ever heard that combination before, but I'm not a doctor either(just a patient).  I hope you find some answers soon.

an immune system angle for a heart murmur? let's see... a "vegitation" (bacteria colony) in a valve can cause a murmur. A previous rheumatic fever scars a valve and makes it more likely that bacteria can attach, at the scarring.

Also, maybe endocarditis.

Those are some things to look at. But if you'd never had a murmur before, I'd personally want that confirmed.

sp = "vegetation"

also later referring to possible endocarditis as other than the usual valve vegetation

the rising-from-chair pain sounds like muscle or chondritis or tendinopathy

I think it might be my heart. When i breathe in and hold it in my left shoulder blade really hurts, like it wants to protrude the skin. I get some arm pains thaat occur in random locations of my left arm. Doctor mentioned a slightly narrow artery, not sure. I'm obese so ive cut down on junk eating and stuck with drinking water rather than anything fizzy.
