blood & urine test done on 3 yr old girl

Many UTI tests have been neg. Recent tests show: blood at 150/uL; RBC 10-15, WBC 3-5 in urine.
Blood: creatinine <0.4, neutrophils 59.2 high, neutrophils ABS 7.10 high and lymphocytes 30.0 low.

She has had a rash on her genitals (that has cleared up), pain with urination, belly pain, cramps in legs and feet and greenish vaginal dishcarge.

Urologist ordered ultrasound of bladder and kidneys, performed today (2/18/09), but didn't want to see her back for a whole month!

Any ideas what this is?

Thanks

I'm so sorry your 3 yr old has to go through this!

The best info I could find indicates that high neutrophils indicate bacterial infection. Just because UTI tests came back negative, doesn't mean there isn't an infection somewhere else.

Are you seeing any other doctors besides a urologist? How long did she have the rash before it cleared up? Do you have other blood test results - explained like this: WBC - 8.4( her value) (reference range 4.0-11.0 k/uL). That would give a slightly clearer picture.
