ive been worried for 4 years.

hello my names karina im a young mother, im a bit stuck with my sons problem hes 4 now but ever since he was about 6 months old he has had visible lymph nodes in his neck and crutch 4 maybe 5 in his neck ive seen about 12 diffrent doctors and all have said not to worry but i cant help but to worry, the only other symptoms i have seen is that he has a very weak stomach he walks past say dog poop and gags hes in pull ups and sometimes when he puts it in the bin even when its clean he sometimes vomits im at the end of my rope i need some advice if there is something really wrong with him i thought the doctor would have told me but still nothing can you suggest anything i can do?

i wish I could help but my son is worrying me to death with the same problem - although he hasn't had it for as long.  When I took him to docs (2 weeks ago) they referred him to hospital - who just said that all though it is large - larger than there guide limits - it felt normal so don't worry about it.  They did a blood count which came back Ok and sent me home.  They wouldn't scan it, they did say that if it is still there at his hospital appointment (for something else) in another two weeks time to mention it again.  Which I am planning on doing.  Trying not to worry but its difficult as it sticks out so much I keep seeing it.

Have they done any test?  My son hasn't had any stomach weekness - not sure if this is a symptom.  have you taken him back to docs recently?

ive seen so many doctors but they all say the same thing "its nothing to worry about" and when i mention can i get a scan for my own peace of mind they reply "its not nessesary" im takeing him to another doctor next week to try this time to get help because i know the net isnt always truthful but from what info i have read on doctors sites ect this could be because of fighting a major infection i just cant sit back and wait for it to get any worse any longer i feel exactly how you feel just stick at it if they dont go go to the hospital again untill they do all is nessessary for proper results.
