Hi:  I am sure that its not due to not taking your calcium tablets, but you should get it checked out.  Sometimes, when you have a lump that is movable its a cyst.  I have had numerous cysts removed from my scalp throughout the years.
Make an appointment with a specialist if you finish your antibiotics and its still there.
See what your doctor who put you on the antibiotics recommends.  Be sure to follow-up.
