Hi.
I don't quite understand your question.
Were you asking what blood test can tell whether one has ALL or not?
A complete blood count with differential count should always be done.  Also, a peripheral blood smear, and blood chemistry are also requested.
There are other test, including bone marrow aspiration and biopsy, immunophenotyping, cytogenetic studies, CT scan of the chest or abdomen, and cerebrospinal fluid analysis.
