where do I go from here??

I have had fatigue, muscle weakness, chills, sweats, weight loss (12# in 5 weeks), swollen lymph nodes in neck, cough, headache, stomach pains, and other lesser symptoms for the past 6 months with no visible infection. Blood work(cbc, sedrate, b12) has all come back normal except high crp. Neck ct shows reactive nodes 6-9 mm in size throughout with more prominent nodes on right side. ENT says it isn't his problem to solve,  Rheumatologist doesn't believe it is autoimmune related. Chest x-ray shows mass larger than a quarter on upper left side.
We have family history of cancer(breast, ovarian, prostate, lung)
Should I, as recommended, just continue to live with the fatigue and other symptoms and hope that in time it improves or should I seek further tests? What specialty doctor do I seek?

Honestly I'm not very good at interpreting scans, but there are a few things I can maybe explain a little better...

The term shotty nodes refers to lymph nodes that feel small, hard and round and feels like buckshot or pellets.  Most of the time these nodes are not very worrisome unless they exceed 1 cm and are asymmetrical.

Mucosal thickening in the sinuses is fairly common and is usually due to allergies, viruses, bacteria or a fungus (and not a malignancy).

Alone, this CT scan sounds promising, but when you add in the other symptoms you are experiencing, I still think it would be good to have a second opinion and perhaps a biopsy.

I received the official radiology report today from the neck ct, dr's office didn't tell me all of what the report said over the phone, she down played it with the 6-9 mm that she stated.

CT OF NECK SHOWS SCATTERED NONSPECIFIC SHOTTY NODES. AS WELL AS A 14X7MM SUBMANDIBULAR, 9X6MM POSTERIOR CERVICAL, 13X8MM RT SIDE JUGULODIGASTRIC CHAIN, 7X10MM LF SIDE JUGULODIGASTRIC NODE, CONSIDERABLE MUCOSAL THICKENING WITHIN THE ETHMOIDAL AIR CELLS BILATERALLY AND SPHENOIDAL SINUSES. RADIOLOGIST SUGGESTED THAT CONCERN BE FOLLOWED UP WITH REPEAT TEST FOR STABILITY

I am still waiting for blood work on muscles and vitamin D as well as results of chest x-ray.

Hello and welcome.  Some of your symptoms are concerning, but I think the fact that your lymph nodes are reactive is good.  This basically means that they are reacting to some sort of non-malignant process (like an infection).  Your high CRP seems to back this up.  However, I think if it were me, I would seek a second opinion from an internist or a general surgeon.
