A case on MTX for 15 ys diagnosed to have HCV with Liver cell failure

Dear Sir
I want to ask how to manage a case of HCV related arthrits which was wrongly diagnosed as having RA 15 years ago, she is 65 years old now and was taking MTX at a dose of 12.5 mg/day. HCV was suspected only after an attack of papable purpura 1 month ago. Now she presented with Liver cell failure and ascitis . How to proceed for this case concerning MTX intake and liver cell failure. Her Lab shows
CBC: Hb=11.5 ,TLC 6.800,  platelets 100,000, serum albumin 2.8g, AST 49, ALT 17,total bilirubin 2.06 and direct bilirubin 1.17, Gama GT 68, Alpha fetoprprotein 14.6(doubled), seum creatinine 1.0. Thanks
