ALT, AST and GGT high after Hepatitis shot

Hi there!
I have had a blood work two days after recieving first dose of Twinrix shot, and my liver enzimes are very high: ALT=88, AST=43 and GGT=128. Do you think this is a consequence of the shot?
Six months before, I had a previous blood work and my enzimes were normal high: ALT=49 and AST=38. Any comment is appreciated.
