ALT

my ALT is high 58 normal is 50.The rest liver enzmes in normal range.my lipid profile is normal.my over weight and have fatty liver. doctor says not worry.please advice.

If you have fatty liver, losing some weight should bring your ALT down. I has a period were my ALT and AST were high and  lost 20 pounds and everything returned to normal ranges aqnd have stayed. That was 7 years ago. My doctor check them every 6 months.
