The information in the report does not point to liver disease dorectly. Given the patent portal veins and normal spleen, the ascites isn't likely due to portal hypertension. The doctors need to keep screening for other abnormalities, and malignancies. Keep them moving as fast as possible, when ascites builds up, things are critical.
