Abdominal Pain

Ok so the other day I hurt my leg by falling on to concrete and started taking acetaminophen for the pain. I finally went to the ER the next day when there was still some intense swelling and they prescribed me Darvocet for the pain. I took 2 500mg acetaminophen tablets before I was able to get my prescription filled. When I got the Darvocet I immediately took 2 pills per the bottle. About 30 min later I had noticed nothing as far as change in pain so I took 3 more (bad idea I know).
The point is that within about an hour I had taken 4250mg of acetaminophen and about 5500mg total the whole day since I didn't know that the Darvocet was 650mg acetaminophen per pill. I woke up that night shaking and with wrenching stomach pain. I finally got back into town and saw my doctor and he decided to do some blood work to test my liver. I still have some sharp pains in my stomach two days after taking the acetaminophen.
I'm wondering if I should be worried about possible serious liver damage and possibly the need for a liver transplant or if I should be fine.
