Abnormal high GGT, ALT,AST,LDH,CRP

My husband is in a good private hospital with a continious high fever of 39, is nauseas and very tired, all over body pain. GGT is 473, ALT 1310, AST 948, LDH 875. CRP 10.4 He is not over weight, smokes less than 20 sigarettes a day, drinks very moderately. We have vactation on the South African North coast, but Malaria tests are negative. He was bitten by something but the mark lasted about 2 days and the was 9 days before he fell ill, and it did not cause any discomfort. The condition is still undiagnosed despite a lot of blood tests. He has no unusual marks on his skin.
