Abnormal liver test results

Hi,
I have been a long time reader of these forums and I express my gratitude towards the doctors for dispelling the doubts in the minds of the patients.
I had some chest pain in December and went to a GP. She said from the description it didnt sound like heart related (I am 34 years old male btw) and recommended some blood tests.

These were the abnormalities of the test done on 15 Dec 2016
AST : 67 mmol/mol
Serum albumin : 51 g/L
Serum total bilirubin : 25 umol/L
Serum ALT : 118 U/L
Serum Ferritin was 1033 ug/L

She advised further tests and also a liver scan.

I am a non-alocholic person.
The repeat test on 20 Dec 2016 came normal for serum iron tests:
Serum iron level : 19 umol/L
Serum TIBC : 49 umol/L
Serum transferrin 2175 mg/L
Transferin saturation index : 39 %

But my Serum C reactive protein was high at 36 mg/L
My serum albumin was 51 g/L, bilirubin was 27 umol/L and ALT was 78 U/L

I was also tested for past and acute Hepatitis - It came negative for HBc , Hepatitis C and Hepatitis A.

But my liver scan came as follows:
The liver shows mild diffuse reflectivity with patches of focal fatty sparing in the region of the gall bladder fossa, it appears to be of normal in shape and size.
No evidence of focal liver lession seen.

Conclusion : Mild diffuse increased reflectivity of the liver is consistent with a diffuse process such as fatty change.

Now my question is what further follow up should be done? I am moving to a different country , so could the doctors kindly advise me further course of action.

Thank you.
