BM urgency, pale stools

Several years ago I was diagosed with fatty liver w/elevated liver enzymes. My most recent ( year ago) liver function tests were with in normal range. I have also experienced upper right abdominal pain, with negative ultasounds. However, the last 2 weeks I've been having off and on nausea with vomiting which appears to be subsiding. Unfortunatley I now  have the  reacurring upper right abdominal pain, radiating to the back, Severe gas, with frequent soft very pale colored stools. After having the BM, I also continue having the feeling of needing to have a BM. Should I be concerned?

you may have an absorption disorder.  I'd go see a Gastrointestinal specialist.  It could also be an allergy to certain foods, or even a virus or parasite.  Either way, it warrants a consult from a doctor.
