Boderline High Alkaline Phosphate Test

I have had serval test come back with my liver ensyme livels high and they go up and down all the time. I now has tested positive on my ANA test and I am borderline high on my alkaline Phospate test. I have had itching problems before  mostley on the bottom of my fett and in the palms of my hands. I am very fatigued and I have gained alot of wiehgt without eating that much. Does anyone know what hkind of doctor should I go to 1st other than my PCP. She spent about 6 months thinking I had MS. Please help. I alos have a lot of pain in my upper right part of my stomach close to my chest.

I don't have a gallbladder it was removed over 23 years ago.

You possibly could have a gallbladder problem (or gallstones) with the pain in your upper right part of your stomach. It can also cause itching.
