CT Scan results

Had a 3 phase liver scan after my ALT remained high for over a year.  Has gone down to 130.  I do have pain on the right saide as well.  I had an ultrasound that said to have a CT scan, and had a MRI today.  My CT scan says to have an ultrasound for further diagnosis... Confused I guess.

Findings:
There is a well-circumscribed low sensity lesion mostly within the medial segment of the left hepatic lobe adjacent to the fissure for the ligamentum venosum measuring 3.7x3.5cm in the transverse dimension. the average hounsfields measurment of this lesion on the noncontrast phase is 46. the average hounsfield measurement in the portal venous phase is 47. for the arterial phase is 50. there is a sexond low density lesion at the right hepatic dome measuring up to 1.2 cm in greatest dimension with an eccentric focus of arterial enhancement which grows in a centrifugal fashionon the portal venous phase.

impression:
well-circumscribed low desnity lesion in the medial left hepatic lobe which demonstrates no evidence of significant enhancement on arterial and portal venous phase. the enhancement characteristics are not that of atypical hemangioma. however, given the lack of enhamcement and homogeneous appearance this is likely benign.  Second low density lesion probably represents hemangioma...

What does this mean? What would be the best next step?

A follow up visit with your doctor to ask:
- Do I have one liver hemangioma or multiple hemangiomas?
- Is my liver hemangioma growing?
- What additional tests do I need?
- Do I need treatment for my liver hemangioma?
- What happens if I don't have treatment?
- What are the treatment options? (There are several)
