Can I get help interpreting blood results that I suspect might suggest liver damage?

Hi, I am 36 years old, height 1m70, weight about 115kg. I don't drink alcohol and I don't smoke but I am obese. I had blood tests ( no symptoms prompted me to go for blood tests, I just did it as a general checkup ) and I would like to know what these out of range / higher end results mean:

Fasting Plasma Glucose : 6.1 mmol/L (Ref. range 3.9 - 5.5, but my HbA1c result is 5.8 %)
Uric Acid : 429 micromol/L (Ref. range 208 - 429)
Cholesterol Total : 5.3 mmol/L (Ref. range < 5.2)
Cholesterol HDL : 1.0 mmol/L (Ref. range 0.8 - 1.5)
Cholesterol LDL : 3.5 mmol/L (Ref. range < 3.9)
Triglycerides : 1.8 mmol/L (Ref. range 0.7 - 1.9)
Aspartate Transaminase (SGOT) : 44 U/L (Ref. range < 40)
Alanine Transaminase (SGPT) : 55 U/L (Ref. range < 45)
1 HR Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate : 26 mm/hr (Ref. range 0 - 12)
Urine microscopy: few epithelial cells and few leucocytes

What is my condition, is it reversible and how?. Thank you for your time.

Thank you very much for your reply. I went to see my doctor and he prescribed exactly that, weight loss and exercise. He also prescribed Liv. 52. I'm supposed to do the blood tests again after 1 month and go see him. He did tell me much more, your reply relieved me a bit, thanks.

Your numbers are not alarming. They point to a fatty liver, but we are not doctors. So you should followup with your doctor. But you are not dealing with an acute issue. Some dietary and exercise will likely fix things.
