Chest pains diff breathing..40 mins..someone tell me this is ok..

I'm starting to get a little concerned..I'm in week 14 Peg/Ribo and I've been having difficulty breathing for about 35-40 mins..very shallow breathes..very painful to breath in..like a cramp in my chest that wont go away..
I'm trying to be Zen and doing some yogic breathing and I'm hoping someone has had this before and I shouldnt worry.
The breathing is helping, though my pulse is 96 bpm..at the mo..
anyone?

I agree that this could be a little stress and you could try the breathing with a paper bag trick like you do when hyper ventilating.  Just slow calm breathing.  Do not panic yourself, if in doubt, always consult a doctor, they are very patient and will check that you do not have any chest infection or any other prob.

I took the treatment for 10 months & when the breathing became labored it was because of my platelets going so low.  I had to take shots sometimes to bring my blood levels back up, could that be it do you think?

my pulse also started to get high about 95-100 for no apparent reason. I am 26 and i stopped taking zoloft on my own. dr say it could be anxiety. I also had a hard time breathing dont really know what the hell. I dont have insurance so for now i left it alone in hopes that it goes away on its own. I also noticed that excersising helps mine normalize.
