Could a Liver Injury have side effects? (Please I really need your help)

I've had some things going on I don't understand. Ever heard of a body infection happening after a blow to the abdominal area where the kidney & liver were lacerated??

I was involved in an accident that lacerated my right kidney/ liver and caused a lot of internal bleeding.( I'm a 26 year old female & didn't have a period for over 2 months after the accident & there was no chance of pregnancy.)
As well as being knocked unconscious with a “head concussion & ruptured L5 S1 & nerve damage"

Most of the pain in my torso area has been on the right and since the day of the accident (6 months ago now) there’s been a strong pain in the lower right part of my abdomen but esp. in genital area. This pain just pops up, sometimes like being stabbed,sometimes like flaring, sometimes squeezing or even like cold drops, bee stings or even prickly it's worse & will just stay there if my mid section is bent and I’ve noticed that every now & then a pain will follow down the top inside of my right or left thigh (whichever side the pain was on)
I haven’t started Therapy for my back yet because of having to wait on my kidney & liver to heal & I still after all this time hurt in I hurt in my torso and find it hard to breathe and tingly. Although this concerns me, my reproductive area is my main focus right now.

The pain I felt in my abdominal area (from the accident) began to spread down all the way down thru my reproductive organs to my inner top  thighs (more on the right than the left) as time went on. Besides having this I started to have this pain go down the front sides of my neck from my jaws (esp. right) & hurting/ringing ears. It went thru my collar bone and down inside my arm/armpit/breast area hurting me to even swallow. One night I found a swollen Lymph node behind my right ear. Now 2 or so months later the swollen node is still there but hardened (along with all the same pains on both sides)

Once I found that swollen node I looked up the lymph system  & it shocked me to see that the "major areas" is where I've had the most pain?!?!?!?! I've kept a fever and feel weak all over, shaky/achy & dizzy- sometimes just like if I had the flu but I don't cough or anything. How do you think this may connect with a liver, kidney, female organs, concussion, whiplash, back injury or nerve damage- Truama???   I read about people that had lymph nodes come up on them after Car Accidents but the Dr.s I talk to don't know and the time I have left (financially) is running out & I really hope to find out more soon.

If I could get information on this esp. a Doctor's recommendation  I would be so very, very, very, very Grateful.
