SGOT 192 SGPT 156 but on medication and have stopped acohol totally  can suggest is my condition serious

Hi, my lab calls them AST and ALT

AST should be under 33 according to my lab, mine 17
ALT should be under 34     mine 27

What did your doctor say?  I would see a liver specialist if I were you.
