Discomfort below right rib cage

Hello, I just found this site and wondered if I could get an opinion.

I have had a general discomfort just below right rib cage for a couple of weeks now. Kind of like someone squeezing internally or poking into it, a dull ache.  Had a blood workup and slightly elevated ALT (42) and Bilirubin up just above normal, all other Hepatic tests normal.  My Dr. checked for swollen liver (none), juandice (none),  urine is clear   and  to retest in 3 months. Triglicerides are very high > 200, but LDL/HDL well within norms.  I did drink alchohol a couple of days each week for years, about 12-14 ounces total on week ends. And have been around some environmental unfriendly chemicals this past year. Only one year ago all tests were well within normal range.  My Dr. mentioned something about possible gall bladder or fatty liver problems. I'm 53.

What do you think the discomfort could be? I forgot to tell my DR. I have been taking Resveratrol supplements (grape skin extracts), which actually are supposed to be good for liver function.

So it seems talking to others.  I've kind of put this out of my mind for the time being as I have a more pressing/urgent problem --- potential prostate cancer, biopsy to be done.  Man, I'm falling apart all of a sudden. :(
