Does Hepatitis C and autoimmune disease cause red skin?

I have had Hep C for an estimated 30 years. Recently my palms and arms have become red and mottled with a darker skin patch above the red subcutaneous discoloration. My alt is usually within 10 of normal and the Quant is about 1 million and has been this way since diagnosis 10 years ago. Biopsy at that time was stage 2 moving to 3 with no fatty liver. Ultra sound shows no changes in size of liver and artery. I have developed a hemangioma that they monitor.
My problem is it feels like the virus is attacking all the other parts of my body. It has been one constant bout of flu like symptoms and general unease. I have Reynauds, Endometrial cancer with hysterectomy,  I have developed allergies to soy, legumes and nuts making life a little challenging.I am unable to tolerate odors and chemicals. I cannot handle many medications and require child dosing. I had my thyroid ablated and I have panic attacks all the time. My joints hurt and my glands are swollen. Recently, I started having irregular heart rate which makes for a horrifing panic episode. My doctors always scratch their heads when they see me. Luckily, they like me and treat me well with great emotional support. At what point do I get more definitive liver symptoms and die?
