Elevated SGPT Level

Hello Doc,
   My mother is 44 years of age.Just 2 days back we got to know about the incresed SGPT level which is 69.Since 4-5 years she is having an unusual problem of swelling either on one eyelid or upper lip or lower lip or a cheek.This welling does not go for days sometimes.She never drinks alcohol or has non veg.Is the elevated sgpt levels that is causing the swelling?
