Elevated levels of ALT/SGPT and AST/SGOT

My sister is suffering from elevated level of SGPT i.e.2301u/l and SGOT 1700u/l. However this was never diagnosed before, neither did she complain of any major problem with her health. She is suffering from hyperthyroid and increased uric acid which was previously diagnosed. She has never consumed alcohol. Can you please let me know what is the treatment for lowering the level of SGPT AND SGOT? What should be the diet in this case?

Both indicate liver inflamation (inflammation). Has she been tested for hepatitis c, had a liver biopsy, a ct scan with contrast?
