Elevated liver Enzymes

i've had a sinus infection for about 3 months now, when they did the blood work they saw my liver enzymes were off. I'm wondering what could be the causes and what i can do about it. They said they are just going to monitor it, they seem to be blowing it off.

those are all my abnormal results, some of the ones still in the normal ranges are borderline. I'm a 31 year old female with a 2 year old. I don't really drink anymore, maybe once a month. I drink lots of water and try to eat healthy, we do most of our own cooking. I gained after pregnany a LOT of weight within one year. been tested for cushing's and they said i didn't have it. just trying to figure things out

I would want follow up tests. With an elevated ALT/AST a viral hepatitis test is usually one of the first tests performed to rule out viral hep. Then you from there.
