Elevated liver enzymes and Swelling of the liver

Hello,
   I am a 21 year old female that does not drink or smoke. After having a ultrasound done for a severe kidney infection one year ago I was told that my liver was swollen but my enzymes were not elevated. I went to the doctor last week and it shows that my liver enzymes are elevated. I’m not sure if this is something that I should be concerned about or if I should undergo further testing. Otherwise, I assume that I am quite healthy other than the fact that I my cholesterol is slightly elevated. I am 5'2, 125 pounds and tend to exercise 3 times a month. I took acutane about 3 years ago but I was undergoing blood test every month and my liver enzymes never came back abnormal at that time. What further testing should I undergo or what can these issues possibly be?
