Elevated liver enzymes in 5 y/o girl

Hello there. I have a 5 y/o daughter who recently had some elevated liver enzymes show up in her labwork. Her BUN, AST, and ALT levels were all high. Labs were done on Monday, and her AST and ALT had skyrocketed. AST was 100, and ALT was 354. Her bilirubin is low, her cholesterol is great, she has low triglycerides, and both ferritin and lead tests were within normal limits. What could be going on?
