Elevated liver enzymes

Hello,

I'm 32 years old.
I weight 88 Kg and my height is 1.83 meters.
I have a history of chronically SLIGHTLY ELEVATED (around +15%) liver enzymes (GGT and GOT) and I've been diagnosed with fatty liver disease around 5 years ago.

This weekend - I've been feeling generally unwell as if I have an un-chewed stake in my stomach.
I was always thirsty and regardless of how much water I drank - my urine was yellower then usual.

Did a blood test today and it shows ABNORMALLY HIGH liver enzymes:

BILIRUBIN-TOTAL: 1.40 mg/dl
BILIRUBIN-DIRECT: 0.73 mg/dl
GOT (AST): 153 U/L
GPT (ALT): 766 U/L
GGT:1114 U/L
ALK. PHOSPHATASE: 290 U/L

CHOLESTEROL: 269.5 mg/dl
TRIGLYCERIDES: 181 mg/dl
CHOLESTEROL: HDL 57 mg/dl
CHOLESTEROL: LDL calc 176.3 mg/dl

Albumin , Urea , Glucose , LYM% and LYMP.abs are normal.
Test for viral Hepatitis A,B,C came negative.

What can be the cause?

Not really...
I started working out but nothing serious.
I walk ~7km in total per week and visit the gym twice (mostly muscle exercise).

At normal times my enzymes are only slightly elevated (10 or 15 %).
It's the first time I see them sky high.

P.S: I did an urgent ultrasound test today that found nothing out of the ordinary.

i had similar results as yours but my enzymes get normalized after I lost weight, did sports and followed a diet  (though I am not sure liver is still okay),
after your diagnosis of  fatty liver 5 years ago, did you do any of these?
