Enlarge liver

I went for a blood test and found that I've a low platelets count- 136, my liver function test for alkaline phosphatase 277iu/l and gamma-GT - 351 iu/l which was very high. After further examinations, x-ray and ultra sound, I was found to have an enlarge liver. Come to think of it, I don't drink, smoke or consume any kind of drug. So, what is the cause of the enlarge liver? Are there harm in an enlarge liver? Can a person live with an enlarge liver and will it cause any harms or danger to their lives?
