Enlarged Liver

I've just had an ultrasound and it has come back with "the liver is moderately large measuring 18.5 cm. in the long axis. There is an 8mm clear cyst in the right lobe of the liver, but otherwise the liver remains fairly well preserved in echogneicity."  This was found after an ultrasound when I had abdominal bloating and some pain, which has now gone away.  The bloating occured after I was taking anti-biotics for a bladder infection.  I don't have any other symptoms - except some discomfort between my ribs (i'm guessing stomach area) for alot of the time.  I"m freaking out.  My doctor sent me for some blood tests and now I wait to hear the results of those.  I'm freaked out that its cancer or some other life threatening illnesss......

any thoughts?
