Enlarged liver

Sir
          I have an enlarged liver 17.2 cms and high alt-92 and high ggt 95 advice me what to do? My alcohol intake was high earlier since last one year it is minimal.

PROTHROMSIN TIME

         Control               -  13
         Test                   -  15.8
         INR                   -  1.21

SERUM
         Total Protein        -  8.8
         Albumin              -   5.1  
        Globulin               -   3.7  


Kindly give advice as per the new results.
