Epstein Barr and elevated liver enzymes

by Andrea01, Oct 05, 2008 08:15AM
For the past few years, when ive gone for routine blood work my liver enzymes go up and when repeated go down.  I went for a sonogram a few years ok and that checked out ok.  In August my test were very high....no alcohol...they diagnosed me with Epstein Barr.  So since then I have been repeating the blood work and the tests are down again and normal.  Last week it was slightly elevated, not like in August.  If you have Epstein Barr does that mean your liver tests can be elevated?  I'm a single mom and I have to be healthy for my kids.  Can anyone give advice....thank you.
