Fatigue for years (anyone else have the same problem)

I was wondering if anyone has ever gone through what I been going through for 4 years now and what I can do about it. I've been really sick off and on for the last couple of years. I get so sick I can barely fuction which last for a couple weeks. Evenually I get to the point where I can start to rebuild my body over a couple of months and become about 80% normal but it always starts all over again. The last time I made it about 6 months before total destruction. I got hepatitis for the second time in the last ten years but not a virus. Doctors don't think it's worth there time getting to the cause of it. I've been to at least 5 different doctors the last couple of years and I told them I really think it's my liver again but no one would listen. Now the hospital tells me there's no connection. (What?)
When I start getting sick I can't push myself or I'll collapse. My blood sugar drops and I need to sleep sometime up to 18-20 hours a day. I feel like I leave my body sometimes. All I can do is make sure I eat and sleep it off. A normal life has ended for me and I'll try anything. Please, if anyone has any ideas or been through the same thing please contact me.

Symptoms
Low blood sugar (below 32 at times) It takes me about 20 minutes after eating to recover but feel beat up after. If I'm unable to get to food I'll eventually collapse, sometimes waking up hours later.
Now I usually only shake when I'm coming out of a sugar low.
low blood pressure (I think - I sometimes collapse when I get up. I have bumps on head to prove it.)
I struggle to see at times (eyes cross and sometimes go blood shot or just blurry)
weight goes up and down like crazy (25 lbs)
I get bad dizzy spells even without low blood sugar at times. (I feel drugged without taking anything. Coordination gets really bad and I can't walk without looking like I'm drunk.)

Please help.

I wanted to add that I'm a 30 year old male. Rarely ever drinks and I don't do any drugs.
