Fatty Liver and Trying to Conceive

Hi all..

I developed some pain during the last couple months of my pregnancy over a year ago. I didn't think nothing of it as it was very intermittent. Today I continue to have the same pain. I had an abdominal US last week and was diagnosed with a fatty liver. All blood tests are normal and within range. Cholesterol level was tested at 170. Glucose was 84, triglycerides was 49. I generally eat take out 5 days a week. I'm sure this caused the fatty liver. The doctor didn't tell me anything about it, except to avoid fatty foods. I also have chronic high blood pressure. I am on Procardia XL 30mg for that.

My question is I would like to start TTC immediately, however I'm not sure how it would affect my body, due to the fatty liver. Would a pregnancy be safe for me? I'm not able to find any information about this at all. Should I contact my OB doctor? Any help would be appreciated.. Thanks :)
