My AST was ALT are elevated one is 167 one is 247. Had the Ultrasound done: Pancreatic Duct measures 6.8mm in diameter. A hyperechoic lesion in the left hepatic lobe measures 3.4cm, The visualized pancreas and kidney are unremarkable. The right kidney measures 10.1 cm in length. I had an MRCP and the findings were: no choledocholithiasis, no significant extrahepatic billary ductal diliation, left hepatic hemangioma.

I have abdominal pains, unquenchable thirst, not very hungry, I feel full all the time, I have abdonminal tenderness, light stools, fatigue with lack of concentration. I also have Hashi's, GERD (non-symptomatic) with hietal hernia, and asthma... Is this normal to feel this way, and if so... what can cure it?
