Gallbladder removed

I had my Gallbladder removed in June 2008.Then last month my blood test came back with elevated AST 226 and ALT 236.My symptoms right now are the same as before I had the Gallbladder Removed sharp pain right shoulder,chest feels tight,esphogus feels different and pain in the middle of my back,stomach feels real bloated,constipated etc.......So I was woondering if this has happened to anyone else and what the Dx's was.Do you have this kind if pain with liver disease?Any info would be great.

1 correction my test weren't last month it was in April do you think that will make a difference with the results?Please anyone respond.

Do you have any kind of pain with Liver Disease?Because I see the rheumy on Friday and very nervous about my test results.What normally happens with enzyems levels that high?When you have Cirrohois of the liver are the levels this high.Please any info. would be great.
