HELP! hypoechoic complex cyst left ovary / echogenic focus liver

Wow. I feel really stupid and scared. I'm sorry for the length of this message. If anyone has any advice, PLEASE HELP!

In 2006 I had a pelvic/ transvaginal ultrasound that reads like this: left ovary contains several small cysts/follicles as well as a large complex cyst measuring 4.3 x 4.0 x 4.0 cm. The internal contents are iso and hypoechoic with no internal vascularity. The uterus and right ovary are unremarkable. The endometrium is thin and regular. There is no pelvic free fluid.

I have not had any follow up on this cyst since I had a CT scan in 2006, and my Doctor at the time told me not to worry about it, that these things usually resolve on their own.

(between 2006-2010 various health complaints, mostly digestive, undiagnosed)

Flash forward to 2010: I've been doing many tests recently, as I have been loosing weight and having strange pains all over my body. I have tested positive for an ANA test w/ homogeneous and speckled pattern 1:160. We have been pursuing the possibility of an autoimmune disease.

When I got back a recent ultrasound of my upper abdomen, there was an irregularity not noted in previous scans,
it reads:  A solitary echogenic focus is noted in the left lobe (Liver) "with appearances most likely representing a cavernous hemangioma". Not very reassuring language. Is it a hemangioma, or isn't it? This was not there in 2009!
I have not had follow up on the complex ovarian cyst and now I'm really, realy worried that this could be cancer.

I had a pelvic ultrasound two days ago, but I will not learn the results for a while and I do not have a doctor at the moment, only a registered nurse.

I am a 29 year old female (when I had the transvag noted above I was 25). What are the chances that I've left ovarian cancer to spread to my liver? What should be my follow-up on this? Can ovarian cancer be left for that many years without it being detected (or my dying in the meantime)?

If it was cancer wouldn't there be more definitive language to say that in these tests. I can't sleep am so worried.
