Have I damaged my liver at 20 years old?

Hi there, so for the past month and a half, I have had the feeling of pressure just under my right sided ribs. I'm pretty sure it's my liver as it's always their and it's not a pain and from what I've read many people with liver problems get this too. I also get the same feeling of pressure on my left side under my ribs where I would presume is coming from my spleen. From the beginning of December up until march I was going out quite frequently and intaking quite a lot of alcohol. One night I blanked out for 4 hours after I had went in to a club sober and after one drink I couldn't remember the next 4 hours so I think I was maybe spiked. Basically since the end of February I have been feeling this pressure under my right ribs and then soon after under my left ribs. I also feel really anemic at times in the past couple of weeks which confuses me. I'm going in to my doctor to get my bloods taken but could I have really damaged my liver or something like cirrhosis? I'm a 20 year old boy, I don't know if I could have done something so serious to myself at this age
