High ALT enzymes from Isoniazid

High ALT enzymes from Isoniazid

I got a positive TB test a few months ago, but even though my doctor said I will probably never get "active" TB, he recommended that I take the routine 9 month preventative treatment of the isoniazid pills. I went in for my routine bloodwork after 7 weeks of taking the medication and my ALT level was 644! I normally drink about 2 glasses of wine a night (I told my DR before they put me on the meds) and my enzymes are always around 15-25 and were 25 (normal) a couple of weeks before I started taking the medicine. My DR called me right after my first bloodwork 2 weeks ago and said to stop the medication. I then got retested yesterday and my level only went down to 522. I am a 32 year old female in extremely good health (I'm a personal trainer) with no other medical issues. My questions are:
-What can I do to speed up the process? How long does it typically take a healthy person to return to normal?
-I started having episodes of feeling faint and dizzy a lot over the last 2 weeks...is this related to my liver?
-Is my liver going to be permanently damaged?
-I still workout quite a bit (I'm a competitive runner too) and I feel fine during workouts...just really dehydrated. Is working out still ok to do right now?
-Other than alcohol - is there any food or drink I should avoid? I'm not taking any other medications.

Thanks for your help!
