High ASAT and ALAT(GPT) -

Good day,

Test results: ASAT 99 - to 40
                   ALAT 49 - to 40

2 days later i did the sames tests again; ASAT 55; and ALAT 46

Also my CPK came back as 2569
A CPK is a blood test that measures creatine phosphokinase (CPK), an enzyme found mainly in the heart, brain, and skeletal muscle.

I had an ultrasound done as well, all appears normal however there is extra fluid/proteins/oils on the liver.

What could be suggested to the above? Reasons?

I haven't had a drink in afew months, not even a beer. I dont smoke

Are you a drinker? Sometimes AST can be raised over ALT because of alcohol.

Forgot to mention, i came back negitive for hepatitis A, B and C
